- Customers can avail the bundle offer maximum 12 times in next 12 months
- Validity for Voice and Internet will be 07 days (24 Hrs)
- To avail the offer, customers will send an SMS to 5050 writing EXP25 and once SMS is sent Taka 25 (inclusive of VAT, SD & SC) will be automatically deducted from customer’s account
- Customer will be notified with SMS after bonus disbursement
- Customers can check how many times they have availed the offer by writing Check EXP25 and send an SMS to 5050

- If any customer wants to avail the offer 12 times in next 1 month, then it can be done. Maximum timeline is 12 months
