at banglalink, you are the first priority, as such we are continually focused on providing you with the best network experience in bangladesh. banglalink network is aimed at minimizing call drops and even if that occurs, banglalink offers a first ever in bangaldesh ‘a minute back on call drop’ offer where the customer is reimbursed 1 minute talk-time on the call drop.

• all banglalink prepaid and postpaid customers are eligible to receive this facility without need for subscription or recharge.
• the ‘minute back on call drop’ can be used by any banglalink number (except fnf/ super fnf) at any time.
• the validity of the returned minute will be 1 day, i.e. till 11:59 pm of the receiving day.
• a customer will receive a maximum of 5 min in a day on call drops with the condition that the call has to be a minimum duration of 10 sec.
• customers will receive a notification sms from ‘as we care’ on call drop within 5 hr of such an incidence.
• to check balance and validity of the minute got back, customers need to dial *124*13#.
• all postpaid customers will get the call drop refund as discount in their next bill cycle.
